What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

I’ve changed roles/industries since I started my career but here’s my fresh out of college base pay to seven years later
60k -> 72k -> 84k -> 102k -> 113k -> 144k -> 165k
$20K in 2008
$35K in 2010
$65K in 2014
$100K in 2018
$200K in 2021
Every job before 2021 had no bonuses or raises. My current role has $50K - $100K each year bonus depending on how well we do and confirmed raise of 3% min each year.
I’m finally where I want to be title, seniority, and money wise but it was rough getting there. I know I could make more but I’m happy with what I have considering where I started.
190k to 260k to 430k in 5 years

I’ve doubled my salary since 2020.
Went like:
$60k > 90 > 110 > $130k. Hope to keep this momentum going

70k in August 2021 > 90k > $110k > $150k
Since the pandemic I went from $70k > $90k > $130k through a series of good reviews and promotions. I just landed $180k in a position at a new company!

And please how did you get there? Did anyone get some nice pay jumps within the same company? I currently don’t want to change mine.
Many of my colleagues are getting huge increases by changing companies. I did get about 18% in please don’t leave raises over the past 18 months along with the normal 3% annual raises.

Age 23 - 300 per week (assistant)
Age 24 - 45k
Age 26 - 80k
Age 30 - 100k
Now age 33 - 225k (sold my company)
40 > 50 > 55 > 75 > 87 > 99 > 110
I switched industries then became a APM at 87 and PM at 99.

From 60K to 160K TC (from a classic company to GAFAM)

Took some time off from being a PM
2020- 110K
2021- 130K
2022- I have asked for a raise and expecting a bump to 160K, if not will move to another company. I live in NYC and it’s getting rough.
