I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Don't share
May be a test. You should not share as even scrubbed, the templates and methods are work products of your company and you can’t do that.
Don’t do it, they are testing you
Update to anyone wondering: they completely understood my concern and basically just asked me instead to make a mock up using whatever fake data I’d like to use. I think it’s a fair compromise.

Ah, that’s fair. And of course we’re all curious.
Good luck. Hope you like and get the job!
Absolutely do not share!!!!! As a compromise offer to creat something them if skills need to be verified. But that’s even doing free work for them
Based on posts here this seems like a not uncommon ask. But agree with others you shouldn’t do it - if it’s not a test and they’re this loose about IP ethics it’s probably a red flag anyway.
Yeah it's not a test. Think about it- this company would be asking for and receiving confidential information from at least a few candidates that didn't scrub properly. What company's risk group would permit that? No, it's just a bad company or bad interviewer asking you for something they have no business requesting.

Is this a really small company? May not even be a test and just them wanting to use your templates without hiring you.
I’ve had small companies try to get me to solution their problems in the past during interviews.
Either way, don’t share and forget that place and move on if you don’t really need that job. That’s an unethical ask.
Glad to hear it sounds like OP is going to take everyone's advice. This is definitely a no-no and could get you in serious trouble.
I’ve been asked to do this before. I wasn’t comfortable emailing but I did scrub and then share my screen during a remote interview to show my work.
You’ll probably violate your company’s IP policies by doing that. Any product/tool created to help consult your client is IP of your company.
What industry is this @OP? Had something similar happen to me here in ATL for a financial services company and it turned out that APM role was new to them and they were just testing the waters as far as what they could get and how they could manage it. I didn’t provide samples but I did recreate some of the situations, actions and practices that I have taken in the past
It’s a large SaaS company
Mock up is all they want - just want to see the breadth and depth of your process not the details. Just generalize it and you will be fine
