I’m finding it frustrating that I’ve spent years building experience, in management, receiving a degree- yet everyone wants to hire at an entry role or I get a rejection email minutes after submission. I’m sure if I was given the time of day for an interview, they’d see I’m more than qualified for many leadership roles advertised. What am I doing wrong?

I would possibly redo your CV with the buzzwords that AI bots will pick up when scanning your resume, I had loads of experience and applied for a vacancy with a company I had already worked for previously for year's, as one of their top sales agents, and managers, yet was told I didn't have the relevant experience for the role 🤔
That says it all so I redid my CV, applied again, and was offered the job, but had already taken another one by then, but I found that ridiculous, I only took a leave of absence due to a serious illness, and was told just to reapply when I was fit to come back.

The other day I was traveling in path train and a desi random dude came and sat next to me. He was smelling so bad that the lady next to her had to get up while making a face. It was kind of embarrassing. Guys (and in some cases girls too) please buy a deo stick/perfume. It’s CHEAP - You will still be able to send money back home! 😂

So I was a 5th year associate in nyc making 100 k a year 2k billable hours.. I decided to leave for the role Im in now.. my old countered to keep me at 115k (which was like pulling teeth for them) but I left anyways now I find out that they offered a 7th year 150 k and a partner title should I be offended that they didn’t even try more with me
