I’m getting targeted by Tata consulting services recruiters on LinkedIn recently. Is it them just shooting a wild shot or are is there a reason tcs in EU thinks they’re competitive with the big 4? My impression was that they have worse wlb, lower salary, and worse culture than the big 4? But I may be wrong, after all Deloitte in EU is way way better than Deloitte in the US for wlb and culture.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision.
