We are starting to prep a big case for a 3 week federal trial. I’ve been an attorney for a year now and my firm has had this case for a while. What are some tips you have for prepping and also that will make my boss choose to take me to the trial? I have been the main associate on the file but other attorneys have done stuff here and there.

I'm a senior AD and all the resources out there are for juniors. I'm not sure what I need - I feel pretty confident in most areas - so maybe all I need is time to practice and get better. But is there something you did/wish you'd done to improve your abilities, develop your career path, or open your mind?

How do you start thinking about overarching, big camping ideas? I have a pretty easy time coming up with executions for certain ideas, but struggle sometimes coming up with the big overarching ideas.

Know that many members of the adv community are looking for work, I have a great role in Chicago. Ideal candidate is a CD/ACD/senior writer who loves gaming & has experience w/branded content.
