Find the most creative folks in your agency and “steal” their techniques. Learn from them. The resources are all around you.

Talk to your CD, their job is literally to help you grow your career.
Echoing the presentation skills development, which can come from a lot of places - practice (and a mentor/champion who puts you in situations where you can get more experience), coaching, or even improv/acting/standup activities. Anything where you’re in front of people having to speak clearly and hide your fear. Majority of being a creative lead is making people believe you’re not sweating anything.
Also the age of Zoom meetings has made it very easy to have notes to help you - when I first started doing big sell-in presentations I remember trying to memorize what I was going to say. Now you can just write it out and have it up on your screen without anyone knowing you’re checking notes.
My ADHD diagnosis
A non-toxic, supportive, articulate, even headed, conceptually brilliant, great people manager CD.
Then again, it’s because I didn’t that I knew what NOT to be like when I became a CD so I guess chicken or egg.
