I'm in my mid 30's and currently working in finance. I'm hoping to make a career transition into an Administrative Assistant role, but I'm not having much luck in the traditional job site search. I've been thinking of fine-tuning my resume more with key skills that I might have that could be transferable or trained quickly. Can anyone recommend some skills they have shown to be crucial in their Admin roles? What tricks did you use on your resume to stand out from the crowd? Thank you!

Completed final round interview at FAANG last month and was told that if all looks well with headcount on 10/01, they will reach out on my status. I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction.
