I'm in my second week of my new job working across verticals I haven't previously worked on. Therefore additional research is needed when I'm kicking off new projects (so far 3). From the context of questions being asked to project forecast for the next quarter’s scope, I guess I'm not moving fast enough. I will call out that I am backfilling a role so projects are just being thrown to me left and right without historical data and social playbooks etc so everything feels like a guessing game.
