Hi I got selected in Nagarro i.e. I cleared all the tech rounds but now HR is saying there is no vacancy , they are saying as soon as there is a vacancy they will give me an offer and asked me to wait until then. My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?

Those are great questions, you can also ask what the office preferred method of communication is and or how they would describe the management style. If you are interviewing with the direct hiring manager, pay close attention to how they answer questions and also what types of questions they ask. That can tell you a lot about how they think or how knowledgeable they are. If it's a recruiter or human resources representative-be keen on paying attention. After all, this is your first impression or clue as to how the company typically operates.
