I'm looking at making a jump from Senior Finance Analyst to Manager, Finance. I recently had a conversation with a head hunter and she mentioned that the pay of managers at RBC were more or less at par with SFAs at TD . Is it the same with the other banks like Scotiabank , CIBC and BMO ? What would their average pay range be like for managers -

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I was offered $65K for a Ops Risk Manager position at RBC, I turned it down.
80-100 with 25% bonus at PE companies
Senior analyst position at RBC is titled as Manager, and yes the pay is quite low. You can try for a senior manager position at RBC but it might be difficult without being a prior manager. Yeah it sucks.
