What are some of the pre-pandemic things you miss most? For me, the movie theatre (popcorn, phone less 2 hrs+), MLB games (I’m 🇨🇦, but springs and summers touring the stadium, dozing off to awake to the sound of bat making connecting, stadium beers), weekend trips across the eastern seaboard and Bible Belt in the fall for CFB and NFL (the tailgates, after parties and where applicable tiki bars) and weekend pints with the lads.

Anyone familiar with Maven Wave? Want to know how they are perceived by other consulting firms and how good exit opps are.

I know they are an Atos company and per what I read here I think that is no bueno.

Hi i lost majority of my money in the stock market. I married and promised my family that I will not make the mistake I made 7 years ago. Gambling. Is this an addiction I have. I keep selling stocks and taking loses buying other stock hoping it will recover but never did and sell again taking loses and buy again. It now sink in to me. Had a phone call last week with T15 adcom inquiring if they had additional merit funds. Adcom said she would pass my name to scholarship committee and would only hear back if I was granted more aid. Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).

Are we secretly being judged on how many of these admissions events we are attending / if we are participating?

My long term goal is to go back to consulting more of a business advisor from a strategy perspective
Here is my question
Would MBA be any good for me especially looking at strategy side?
I don’t want to spend $200K and would probably go online MBA in a mid tier school. Are those any good?
