Hello Gang, I’m on the business side for Walmart right now. Walmart Global Tech recently offered me a role to move to the San Bruno office, but I’d be taking a demotion from L6 to E5. YOE: 8, COMP(200k base, 25% bonus, 100k RSU). Is this competitive in the bay? I have Doordash and Instacart in the pipeline, but no final offers yet.

I cook, a lot….and am fast in the kitchen, so given whatever is in the fridge, I can usually throw something together without too much prep. That said, an instapot, sous vide, and wok are my three weapons of choice for prep. Chicken and turkey cutlets are on rotation (sous vide, then pan seared) for salads, tacos, fried rice; braised beef, soups, chili, even quick pastas in instapot; stir fry with noodles in the wok or served with a pot white rice usually carry me through the week. Even if kids beg to eat at home on the weekends, I ask to go out so I can get a break.
Sharing my go-to list, hope it helps!

Hungryroot service is awesome
A favorite fast but surprisingly nice meal is to cook a pork tenderloin. They only take about 35 minutes at 400 degrees, and they're a great hot meal. Also makes great hot sandwiches, for a more casual approach.
