I'm making $95k in Denver but struggling with the cost of living. Do salaries in the PA field feel aligned with living expenses in your area?

The cost of living is definitely going up faster than my salary is, but I'm fortunate to be able to make ends meet without any issues.

Denver is tough. They know people want to live there and while cost of living is high, they can always find someone who is willing to accept the low pay. I had to move out of state due to this.

We are going through a phase in the market where dev salaries are rocketing up, and we are VZI should not sell ourselves short and wonder where we stand.

Drop your band, YOE, base and total CTC below 👇

We should at least know if we are paid at par within the same company, we already know we are below the market.

I'll start - 6V, 6.8yrs, base 19LPA and total 24LPA

Company on track for 22 goals. Traditionally included 2% profit sharing at YE, this year however comes with a unique caveat.

The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.

I’m curious to get insight from others. Is this standard practice and generally required for new hires? Something feels off.
