Actually go to a provider that will do bloodwork and evaluate hormone levels. You're in your 40 so testosterone gonna start dropping a multi vitamin ain't fixing that. There are other factors too. But a complete blood workup is the basis to start.
True but none of us or our doctors are worrying about our testosterone levels dropping in the years after 40, so let's be real and not try to pretend you didn't assume OP was a man. Its ok to admit your bias.
Swimming 3-5 days and regular 36 hr fasting weekly has done wonders for me.
A multivitamin is a great start! I wouldn’t take anything else unless you’ve had bloodwork and know there’s a deficiency or reason to take something. Vitamins get expensive quickly.

Having said this, most longevity experts will say there is no correlation on vitamin supplements for living a longer life.
The older you get, the more you need. I take a bunch of stuff. And most make a noticeable impact. Best advice is to check out some providers and then look up the studies and read them. (like at NLM https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37068054/ ) Make a decision based on that and what you can afford. I do DHA / fish oil and vitamin D in addition to my daily vitamin. Fish oil really helped my cognitive function (sleep deprived parent) and like most office workers I had low Vit D.

I get it... there’s a supplement for everything. I just take a multivitamin, vitamin D, and omega-3s, and try to eat a balanced diet. Make sure to get blood work done to see if you’re low on anything.
