I’m new to having a Capital One Venture X card, but I have over 100,000 points. I need to book some Delta flights and want to use points. I see I can transfer points to miles at a 1:1 ratio. Before I do that, are there any tips or other ways to transfer to points and get even more reward for it?

Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I’d like to create more of a structure to this program but not even really sure where to begin.
