Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?

Depends on the role you are trying to create.
There are two types:
The paper pushers - the ones that need you to do all the menial work that the regular e.ployees don't want to do. Typical to filing and faxing, sorting etc.
The one that actually has value- has lots of structure and meaning to what you studied in school and would help you land an actual real job. You may also step in for those who take vacations during the summer, but a real and vetted internship has a lot of thought and responsibility that is within your limitations as an entry level person.
Sit down with your managers and have a talk about their vision for the role, and most importantly if the students receive pay. Many internships are non paid. Also if there is room to grow after the 4-6 month period.
Is this a summer internship program company wide or outside of this period? If it's summer based, most start around April To may and end in September to accomodate school breaks.
