Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Lexus NX or the RX
- Subaru is notorious for engine issues. However they’re very nice and smooth rides. I think it comes with a flannel and a dog
- Acura is a dressed up Honda and feels like one after a few years of use. Initially it feels way nicer, but as the pleather ages, plastic wears, and seals age - it’s clearly a Honda

Correct answer
I’m looking at the Honda Prologue for next year when my Passport lease is up, but I’m a Honda guy.
Lexus NX450+ would be my pick. Plug-in hybrid gives you some electric range without the stress of full EV life, and Lexus builds cars that last forever.
I would never own a Japanese car (I’m a Mercedes person), but my ex really likes his Kia plugin hybrid suv. I would also never own an electric only car as the infrastructure isn’t there. Mercedes EQ included. Politics aside, electric only cars were never something on my list. For your list, OP, look at the warranties if you want to keep it longer than 4 years. Just from anecdotal evidence, I’ve heard that Lexuses last forever.
I know that. He really likes his Kia though. And I didn’t say it was Japanese.
I have a 2021 RDX it’s been excellent. Solid interior, extremely comfortable, reasonably sporty.
