What is the experience criteria for a Audit/Assurance Manager role at EY GDS and what is the fixed pay I can ask for in general?

I received a call and mentioned 25 Lakhs as my expected Fixed pay - is it very less? Anyone working in that domain please suggest

I have an offer deadline coming up, Deloitte Advisory analytics internal audit for $75k and I start in the fall. I'm thinking about extending my stay into the fall past 4 years and try my hand at FT recruiting for management/strategy consulting. Opportunity cost of a year's worth of work but I might be able to start out where I want.

Should I take the risk?

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.

4.5 YOE senior software Engineer.
So what type of project I will get in this role.

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
What are my options here ?
Is project release possible ?
or I have to put down papers ?

Is it wise to leave an organization you just joined in 2-3 months because of the bad cultural fit and toxic environment

And if yes then how to go about for future applications as company's will say stuff like stability and all
