As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

Maybe if you land MBB, otherwise no. Depends on your long term goals as well.
I don't know if I'm targeting mbb. Probably the tier 2 firms. I just don't know how hard it would be to break into management consulting outside of OCR. This RFA is my only offer, but its in analytics/ internal audit and while my recruiter told me it would be more like data analytics, I've heard bad stories about RFA. How hard would it be to make the switch from RFA to management consulting versus just gunning for it next fall in school?
To be transparent, I'd be looking to get into management consulting even if I accept the offer. That means I'd be looking on my own starting fall, not able to use on campus resources like OCR, for a post summer 2022 start date. I'm just thinking it will be very hard to lateral as am experienced hire vs straight out of undergrad recruiting
