Milbank must understand that there will be consequences for not raising this time. Everyone needs to rate it all 0s in the next Vault survey if no raise. There is no world in which Milbank is truly a V10 or even V20 firm.

These posts are so weird lol esp given bonuses will probably persist but most firms will hold off until December to announce them. We will then get a bunch of associates complaining about raises until then. Makes me want to log off of fishbowl entirely.

Just under 3000?!
Highly unlikely that there will be comp raises. The last few times it happened were when there was a market with a million roles firms were trying to fill. This is not the case right now. There are more associates seeking positions than there are positions available. There is little incentive to offer raises or even mid-year bonuses. That said, annualizing 3000 hours is insane. There is no reason to do that to yourself unless your firm has bumps above market bonus, which it sounds like yours does not.
