I’m really frustrated with consulting in general. Most of these projects are ad-hoc. Data teams do not work together.. they are formed in a matter of a few days without strategic vision. Schemas are not built for the long term they are rushed. Advanced analytics isn’t occurring on any of my projects most of the work is data exports. I’m loosing my shit here and I’m also having a difficult time getting a job outside of D for some reason many companies don’t want to hire <1 year people. 😬😬🎶

I've submitted my latest paper to the largest journal in my field, but it's taking forever for them to review it. I feel like they're just stalling me because they don't want to publish it. But if they don't publish it, then who will? And what happens if someone else finds out about my findings before they're published?

Is it not even worth to applying for a position if you do not meet the minimum experience listed?
