Find an Audi that was rear ended and do an engine swap.
I am quite curious as to what caused the engine to need replacement, especially if it was maintained by the dealer.
Why does it need a new engine? And is it under warranty?
Audi has a 4yr/50k warranty
Sorry this sounds like a bunch of BS coming from the dealer. The only time I've ever seen a need for an engine replacement with that low of mileage was when the engine seized due to a lack of oil.
I’m sorry you’re going through this. You should open a case with Audi USA. I did it for our SQ7 with persistent electrical issues. They review the case, problem, and service records to judge next steps. The dealer has no interest in helping, but Audi USA gives you a chance. I would also check your VIN to see if there are recalls affecting you. Finally, if that all fails, consult a lawyer.
What’s the reason for needing a new motor?
