Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. Would you rather have 5x amex MR points or 3x chase UR points for each dollar spent on flights? Why? Company let's me book flights on personal cards and trying to decide which to choose.

Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?

Staying at a Hilton currently and have had tons of minor issues in the 3 days We’ve been here. Room wasn’t ready for 45min after check in time, AC did not work, maids did not clean room...continued
