I’m currently a quality control analyst in the biopharma/gene therapy field making 72k base in the Houston area. I’ve been working here for 2 years and my company is well established and the job is easy, but I honestly just want higher pay. I see companies (smaller and larger) that potentially can give me that but would it be worth it? Had such a great interview with an agency this morning. Then I look at their Glassdoor and it's horrible reviews- like the opposite of what the recruiter and group account director told me.
