In 2018, I completed my first web design project.
It was the one that opened the door to my journey in web design and UI/UX design. Although the result was still basic, it became the starting point of my growth in this field. I started by learning everything on my own using simple tools and now I’m confident working with Figma and applying modern UI/UX design principles in every project.

H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

Does anyone work at Microsoft? I want to apply to the HRBP role and wanted to see if anyone can look over it. I would highly appreciate it.
