Hello Verizon fellows, In Deloitte, there's a facility to claim a certain reimbursement for purchasing mobile devices through their portal or something. Similarly, do VDSI employees have any discounts or reimbursement for purchasing devices through Verizon? If so, kindly let me know how to check it out. Thanks in advance.
Hey Sharks, I joined in verizon india last april, i got moved to new project at july end. I have 2.5 years of experience in java,springboot, Micrservices architecture. But in my new team deployed in a support project. Feeling depressed and frustrated. asked manager 2 times to change my responsibility. But he's accepting in call but not doing what he is promised. Please suggest what can i do here. Does droppeing paper is a good solution? Please suggest. Thanks in advance.Verizon

Do we really need AD though? I don’t see any relevance of that role. It’s just another layer of management with less value.
I completely agree 👍 we really don't need of an AD its just a waste of resources.
That's called redundancy.. Vz has been so kind and patient so far causing many people to settle from decades.. These redundant roles are chopped off first.. !!
And, reg the work diff and salary difference, that is there everywhere, which is undeniable..
I am okey with the paygap, as long as they are adding value to the team.
I knew few Sr.engineer getting salary as in range of E3 hires...there is a big pay gap within role ,band,location .As said, redundant roles must be first reduced.
