In the last month I have been interviewing with a company and now I am wondering if they can reject me a second time? Long story short I interviewed with a company last month and unfortunately I was rejected after the case study round with no feedback. However a week ago they asked me to interview for a similar role but this time I didn't have to do the case study again so I met with the HM and then final round to meet with 3 team members 30 min each. Has this ever happen to anyone before?

Anyone with bad experiences with ex-biglaw inhouse counsel?

I get the impression that many are biglaw haters. With some, any attempt at being service minded and asking "have you thought about X, we can help" makes them whine about scope and costs.

One GC I worked with even had on their resume (OP wanted resumes of key employees) as one of their skills "maximizing value of internal and external legal advice while minimizing cost"
