Although the world of entertainment is so glamorous, it's not all like that for all of us who work here. Those of us who are behind don't earn as much as the main actors. The gap is HUGE. I think there should be a balance. Working on a production for 2 years should be more rewarding. How can we as an industry do better?
I understand why so many online publications are putting their content behind a paywall. However, who is going to pay for 10+ subscriptions a month? I’m worried it will make people even more biased if they only get news from one source.

Hello everyone, I’m trying to gain some insight on jobs in the RPA industry. I’m currently a controller and would like to make a career pivot to RPA sales or consulting in the next couple years. I have a CPA & masters of accountancy degree with a focus in information technology and have used a handful of automations in my career. I’ve really seen the beauty of RPA and I truly believe it is the future. Does anyone have any advice on how to break into the RPA industry with a major player?

Just curious as to what I should expect in terms of starting salary as a new grad (Radiation Therapy) in Northern NJ.
I contributed to Roth IRA in Jan and I qualified since I was below the income limit. I’m switching jobs with a big salary bump that would put me over the annual income limit.
Since I don’t qualify for this year anymore, what should I do? What happens since I already made the annual contribution?
I haven’t started new job yet so not sure if employer allows Backdoor or Mega backdoor
