In the last year Ocean Job Lot has basically screwed its ATLs. We went from salary to hourly with no bonus. We were allowed 45 hours. But vacations and sick days we lost money since we could only get 8 hours instead of the 9.
Then one week before Christmas, we were informed, despite record sales, that we are being cut to 40 and dont dare go 40.1 hours. For most of us that is almost $200+ a week we are losing. And the company just got an award for best company to work for. Total BS!

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
