First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Gained knowledge of cyber security and planning to switch . Infosys currently agreeing to switch to IVS unit however not agreeing to any salary hike or Hybrid or WFH Model

On other hand has offer from Israel product based telecom company on Devops role with 60% salary hike and hybrid work policy(planning to switch domain to cyber security 1 year later)
