I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. I’m a 23yo female legal assistant working/living in Canada. I am completing my BA in hopes of continuing with law school after. But, I just turned 23 and I’m anxious about my love life and starting a family. I haven’t had a boyfriend since 2019 and I’ve poured my heart and soul into my education & career.

I’ve always wanted to go to law school since age 14. But I also want a husband/kids. I don’t feel like I can have both.

What's a good % of your gross income to be spending on housing? Does it differ if you're paying the mortgage vs renting?

I get $3200 in rent for a condo that I have $3600 monthly costs on (mortgage, property taxes, HOA fees). Although I put in $400, I make about $1400 a month in equity (15 year mortgage). Property is worth about $470k and I have $200k in equity. Make sense to keep or sell?
