Infosys Offer Letter Timeline

I have completed all the interview rounds with Infosys, including the HR discussion about salary and location on 11/08. The HR informed me that I would receive the offer letter within 10 days. However, I haven’t received any confirmation email yet, and the portal still shows “Decision Pending.”

Can anyone please share how many days it usually takes for Infosys to release the offer letter after HR discussions?

Do vendors provide the agency with a pre-pro book prior to the shoot if it’s a simple drop kit, taking head?

Not sure if there’s a need for it since it’s not a complicated shoot (single cam, direct shot to talent answering questions) but wanted to get a sense. Compliance question here, I have always thought of the SALT deduction on the fed return as a perm item & have treated as such in such sch M-3. I see that some people put it as a temp on sch M-3. What is the justification for treating it as a temp on the M-3. You don’t set up a deferred on the def RF for the state tax deduct & it is also a rate impacting item (I know that some temps can be rate impacting). But this all leaves me to side with perm. Does anyone know the logic behind temp treatment?
