I’m just angry and I’m really trying not to be. As a female and a mom already it’s a huge fight to claim that space in the male world. To have more pressure put on you for money by the male men that run our company just is making my blood boil. Talk me off a ledge?

So, I'm just curious to know why there's such a negative stigma behind EC services. It's not only from students, but teachers as well. I know a few managers on the team hired in at 110-120 thousand but have also heard I can expect a 5% raise or less moving up internally, which would put me around 25% below that. I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. I think what is holding me back is my guilt for my immediate team but just want to check.
