Thinking about boomeranging back as a senior associate (level I left at). Generally speaking, should I expect a higher salary than when I left, or would it be comparable?

It depends on what you've done between, but you will likely make more yes

If they are willing to bring you back, it will likely be for a bit more. Any peers that were at the firm before, and still there? I would expect you would be equitable with your peers

Joined in 10th September, have not filled goperform. Can't fill it so since it first asks to fill Skill profile which I did submit but my manager is not able to see any pending approval. Why so complex system they've made, does it make sense for me to submit this ? What are the consequences ? If I am not able to submit it by 22, will they not consider me for default hike ?

I’ve worked at Allstate for 4 years as a fast track inside property claims adjuster. When I was brought on, I made $48,000. Now, I make $62,800. Would you say this amount is on par with what I should accept?

I put my profile up on Hired on Tuesday with what I feel like is a high minimum base ( 200k ) and I’m getting 5 or more interview requests a day. Am I shooting too low? I’m not really looking to leave my current job, but I wanted to see what’s out there and gauge my worth. ( current base 180 TC ~300 )

Question about the student loan forgiveness. I know a lot of people who had their stub year are planning to apply, but won’t the form you have to submit require you to affirm that you’re under the income cap generally? Or will it just require you to affirm your 2021 taxable income was below the cap? If the former, feel like that could be an issue…

This is a question which I'm curious about people's thoughts. Mostly reflecting on the past since I'm way too far in audit to make a career change. Did I make a mistake by not trying for law school? I took the LSAT when I was a first year associate and got a 168. At this point, the score expired and would need to retake. I know law is riskier than audit. But a part of me wonders if I'd have been better off (except more student loans) if I went to law school instead of sticking with audit?
