Interview Experience: Overall it was good. Hiring Manager and interviewers were nice and helpful.
But I had a weird experience with recruiter, got a call asking for an expectation which I told as per industry standard. Got a call that they will proceed with my application. Over one month they confirmed multiple times for my joining but then called to say they won't proceed as they couldn't get approval for that position. I don't know if this happens regularly. Anyways Better Luck Next Time 🤞🏻

At Mindtree, I had only 1 technical round and submitted google form then I had ctc discussion with HR and she said that she is sending for approval.
How long it takes to get ctc approved and also will there be managerial round as well?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
