I recently made the switch from industry finance to consulting and I’m struggling to find my place within the role. I was brought on as a Sr.Associate and I feel like I’m not producing at the same level as those below me. I’ve been told that my focus probably needs to move from producing deliverables to guiding/leading those who are producing deliverables.
