Honest piece of advice, if you do not want to put your career at risk. Avoid Netcracker and Better join a stable company where job security is not a concern. So many layoffs happened due to lack of projects and Russian dominance. You will regret the moment you join Netcracker

Be careful. Netcracker is known for hire and fire. Layoffs is quite common in Netcracker. Also if you do not clear client round after joining they will ask you to leave.

30LPA at 8yrs is great.
WLB and work culture depend on your team honestly. I've seen both good and bad here in NC.

Good but management always compares and sees your CTC is high shit calculations like 3 times your experience and won't give a hike. Better go somewhere who doesn't point out your CTC by comparing your experience. All the best!
