Hi Fishes,
Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.
Actually Tiaa global business services is product based company but not even ready to match the offer. Before interview they are ready to give package but once interview get cleared they will not ready to pay package based on your expectation.

No. 35 LPA is too less. You will not be able to able to buy any 5 BHK apartments from DLF. A Mercedes will cost you starting ₹35 lakhs+ which will be difficult in this salary. Also, you will not be able to buy a personal airplane since there would be traffic on the road and you’ll not be able to commute, without a private jet. I would recommend, not to come to Delhi at this meagre salary. Please ask for a raise to survive with these basic needs.
I'm in my early 30s, currently earn INR 30 LPA and my wife brings in another INR 20 LPA. We are renting here ofcourse (2BHK, INR 40K/ month), and have an EMI for our car (INR 40K/ month). No kid though. So roughly we'd be at the same position I guess in terms of finances?
Beyond that, I'd say it's a balance between how good of a lifestyle you want vs how much you can save. We're able to lead a pretty decent lifestyle (2 long vacations a year, an outing every week, shopping, etc). Savings could be better, at only about INR 40k/ month, which is less considering we bring in about INR 2L-2.5L/ month.
So broadly, considering you have your own place and car (and don't need to save up for a home loan/ down-payment), you'd be more than comfortable with what you're getting.
Anything else you'd like me to specifically talk about?
Haha, good way to summarize. Ah, had my heart set on the Slavia/ Virtus, but the Nexon just offered better value for me. Had Slavia/Virtus safety ratings come earlier though, I just might've moved the budget needle a little bit.
Very good income.. it also depends how do you deal with your lifestyle
It ok but depends on position
Yes
