I completely understand that! I was sent a literal copy and paste message with “Rejection Letter Template” at the top of the email. It’s very frustrating and hurts your confidence. It can feel very hopeless sometimes but don’t give up! You will find something! Try updating your resume or adding some character to it. Make it stand out.

What I have seen and noticed. Platforms basically when you do a job application, they pull your résumé and set it in a pool and it just sits there and sits there and sits there. That being said I’ve also seemed to wear if you go directly to the website and apply through that it’s more of a quicker response from the actual employer. Point of reference would be applied directly to a website within the next day. I got a response that where they had viewed my résumé and asked for a zoom call the next business day from that Monday, I had my second zoom call that Thursday at 10:30 in the morning by 1:30. I had an offer in hand Family and I accepted, but definitely look at the main website and apply there that might knock out some of the BS time.
I’ve lost all motivation to even try to look for a job. I’m definitely stuck where I’m at but hopefully things turn up soon for you!
Go to staffing agencies. The jobs may be temporary, but a lot of full time employmemt comes from temporary agencies. God bless!

I sure get the same feeling ..i can get response easy if i just want a walmart or target job.. im a journeyman level carpenter theres a housing market starting to fall apart thanks to our economy and loser president tearing it all apart for his own gain ..i need to work and im retired
Same here and no I don’t think it gets to a real person. It’s lazy recruiting and recruiters, can’t be bothered with a good human search just algorithms and AI. Miss out on great talent.
I always wonder if company CEOs know or care how bad their recruitment process is, and that their recruitment teams are the face of the company in the market and it’s not usually a good advert for the company they work for!

Hey I was having the same problems, talked to a director at a big prime company for some help. He gave me a bunch of advice and within weeks I have 4 companies reaching out for an interview and I just accepted an offer from an A&D company. I posted a book about it on Amazon Kindle called “Get Past The Robot” if you want to check it out, it literally changed my entire mindset on job searching. I had probably sent out close to 100 applications over the last year, didn’t get an interview from a single one.

Very rarely do I hear back , and when I hear back it’s usually something that doesn’t fit my job description, and the pay gap is ridiculous . But staying positive sometimes you got to wait it out or try different jar boards . Good luck 
i’ve applied and applied no one in my towns hiring me and ppl are telling me to get. job but no one’s hiring smh
And something else all these companies are pushing for the AI set up that right there. If you don’t use the AI résumé it’s like a reject.
I guess the job posting may be withdrawn after they have a employee rather than they start the interview. That's why they rarely respond.

Please never lose your motivation, but do take breaks, for instance after a big disappointment or a negative milestone (like the one you describe). I'm in the same boat (the latest oddity: ghosted after being contacted to give my availability for an interview...). Keep it up!
