I am from Mulesoft background with 12 yrs IT Experience and Got offers from Accenture and whishworks. Whishworks offer 2lacs more when compared with the fixed package. Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma. - SA1 in assurance

What’s the travel % and comp like at the consultant level at an MBB in Toronto? Dabbling with the idea of leaving banking to join an MBB for the MBA sponsorship

Has any of the MBB been doing much work in public sector since the onset of pandemic? Would they be willing to hire someone with exclusively public sector experience of +6 years and an MBA from Canada?

Asking because during the MBA recruitment, public sector experience was not helpful as MBB didn't focus there a lot.

Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

Have one offer from CGI as Sr.Con for 105k. Does anyone know how good/not good is CGI in terms of work, culture, WLB, perks?

BCG is working to establish their presence in Canada but their team is focused on establishing top down. Bain doesn’t have digital focus. Can anyone shed some light on other T2 firms?
