Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

What type of clients/projects does Canada focus on? (Global clients/MNEs/public sector, etc). I’ve recently gotten an offer but I am still trying to decide whether or not to take it
Capgemini or Capgemini Invent and what country?

Both I guess, and for Canada. Trying to get an understanding of the company’s presence and culture in Canada as I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions for different countries
What line of service?

It didn’t specify, I think it’s a generalist consultant/analyst role.
I can’t speak for Canada but I’ve been more than satisfied with workplace culture. Most of the complaints I heard come from one specific project or another. The organization is VERY global so expect to work with people in different time zones, regions, etc. Negotiate salary upfront or learn how to be frugal because they are not the $$$$ restaurant for wages. However, their quality is up to par.
