Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position (non tech) in the logistics department (London office). Recruiter has just asked me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email before scheduling the loop. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?

Hi Everyone- I’m going solo soon after four years of being GC. Our company was sold to private equity so there wasn’t really much of a place for a GC anymore. I figured I would fulfill my lifelong dream of opening my own practice. My previous experience includes time at B4 audit up to senior level and then transitioned to manager in industry. Senior/manager roles are preferred.

I struggled with binge drinking for many years after my mom passed away. I have been sober for the past 12 months. My husband has struggled with drinking for a long time as well, and just got done serving a 6 month sentence for his second DUI (on ankle bracelet at home for 4 months of the sentence). Got below offer from epiFi for SDET position
Base - 23LPA
15% variable - 3.5LPA
ESOP - Approx 58,000 PA
I know it's too much a lowball for Sr SDET position when entry level roles are getting this much.
Have told them to update the offer per senior band, yet to hear back. I'd mentioned 35LPA as expected base over phone. But got response that they can't increase numbers.
