Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

For UK based colleagues- has anyone done self assessment with HMRC although we are part of PAYE? Last year I switched entities and had stocks vest. So apparently went over £100k with sticks vesting. Superficially I made over £100k, but about 50% of vested shares go to paying tax and NIC. I’m a bit baffled as to how I fill out the self assessment form. I had no other income so one would think it’s straightforward… there are questions about foreign investment. Would RSUs be foreign investment? Amazon
Hello all,
I am currently in the process for interviewing for a role at Amazon for their office in Basildon in corporate (HR if it wasn't implied by my title). Spoke to the recruiter and on my application it will be £55k base but wondered what level is that and what leeway I have for bonus (sign on) and what is the RSU looking like. I am also needing some help if possible please on the interview process as I would really like to get this since it is my dream job.
Any help appreciated.

They won’t withdraw the interview rounds. If successful, they will offer what the tool allows. There’s a range. I doubt you’re out of the range if the role is properly advertised as People Manager (vs individual contributor).
If your expectations were well out of the range they wouldn’t have interviewed. So you’re alright
For an L6 position it’s within the pay range. For an L7 external hire definitely low ;)
