Is anyone else experiencing long delays for an Infosys offer letter? I finished face-to-face 2nd round + HR rounds on June 16th. We finalized the package and location, and I sent my documents. HR promised the offer within 7-10 days, but it’s been 20 business days and the portal still says "Decision Pending." Has anyone from mid-June received their offer yet? How long does it usually take? Any inputs would help.

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

I just had two of the weirdest interview. I was interviewing for a payroll systems mgmt role and the first guy was a finance mgr and he didn't ask me anything. I basically interviewed him. The 2nd interviewer was the hr systems lead. She had read my resume and was super weirded out that my current role is the same as hers. I think she thought I was interviewing to replace her. She kept asking me what I would be doing. Like dude, do you not know why you are even interviewing me? Hard pass.
