Is anyone else working in a sterile compounding facility under Category 3 guidelines? I’ve been told multiple times by upper management that the pharmacy I work at is one of the few in our entire hospital system operating at this level, and that my role is quite unique. I’m curious—if your pharmacy follows Category 3 guidelines, what types of compounding do you perform? Also, how did your pharmacy adapt to the necessary changes to maintain compliance with the updated USP <797> requirements?

How realistic is it to land an AD position as a fresh grad (with a doctorates) and a handful of pharma & FDA interships? Context: I'll have over a year of (consistent) work experience at a large pharma company and I have prior leadership/mgt experience (< 10 yrs) in a gov't role prior to changing careers and pursuing a doctorates.
