Is anyone here willing to share some engagement team horror stories and what you did to get through it without any personal identifying information? I'm feeling really alone on this. I went from being a top performer and loving my job to wanting leave consulting entirely after being placed on a toxic team that keeps extending me. I've tried switching teams, but they won't let me leave.

Mid-level when she's leading the call: please make sure you take notes. It's expected of the person not leading a call (note I always take notes)

Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.
