Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Has anyone ever dealt with Geico UM case where they insist that a release needs to be signed? Geico extended our client’s policy limits but wants him to sign a release. We offered to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of funds but Geico said without a release signed, they will not issue payment.

I applied to an experienced consultant position at Bain and just heard back. Yesterday, I received an invite to a HireVue one-way interview to complete. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. Can anybody offer some insight into each of these/the process?
