Now I am willing to switch into Consulting domain but not getting any leads, also daily I'm applying n numbers of company on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed but not a single light of hope I'm seeing.

Hi everyone,
I have a total 9+ work ex in Devops and Release Management. Did an executive mba with a goal of breaking into Program management but got recruited into Management Consulting . In this company for the past 3 months.
I feel that my overall skills are better off in a TPM/Program Management role.
My overall experience makes me eligible for most PM roles.
My question is how do I prep for a TPM role since I don’t have development or Scrum Master exposure. Amazon India VMware BrowserStack Inc.

Your salary is a decent salary. Something common in most product companies. This also depends on the location of the job. If you consider companies from banglore then it's more over there something easily in range of 35-50.
I beg to differ ever so slightly i.e. for 11 yoe in this field the best i have seen is around 40LPA but that is highly dependent on the organisation and certification (s). On an avg 32LPA is mean. Lowest being 22LPA and highest being 40 LPA and most common bracket is 25 to 33 LPA.
PS: this is entirely my observation based on contacts in different companies
