Is it with rto compliance issue or cgi doesn't want to give anyone and want to keep with them..ppl are 90% rto compliance still they are making huge issues and not giving them . ??

Hi , can someone help me with the resignation process in cgi? Do we jus need to drop a mail to manager or any request needs to be raised in the portal? And if it is just mail, then what happens if manager is on long leave for 2 weeks?

Any possibility of postponing the LWD by the manager here in CGI, even we have not taken any leaves?
