Is it a bad sign if a recruiter ghosts after messing up the schedule? They booked me for a day I wasn't available, and now it’s been two days of silence since I asked for a fix. Requesting last-minute leave at my current job is a nightmare. Should I just bow out now?

Give it one more follow up. Recruiters are juggling a lot and sometimes things slip through the cracks. If they don't respond after that, then yeah, move on.

Try to make them accommodate you after the mess up if you are already considering bowing out anyway. Anything is worth a try. Does anyone feel like recruiters are messing up more lately? Can understand they have a lot to juggle, but calendars do exist.

Annoying, yes. A single polite follow up is reasonable. If there is still silence, I would take it as a signal about their organisation and keep moving rather than withdrawing emotionally.

Hi Guys...

I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.
I have 70 days of Notice Period left.
