No don’t mention the new job. You haven’t been there long enough. They will think you job hop.
I probably wouldn’t mention that you’ve already accepted another job, as it could reflect poorly on you. I’d suggest keeping that information to yourself for now. Best of luck to you in the interview!
I wouldn't
That's tricky. I wouldn't want to mention it, but I wouldn't want to deal with an awkward convo if it somehow came up during the pre-employment screening. I'd probably be honest with them and just explain that the only reason you're looking to leave so quickly is because of the ridiculous commute. If the interviewer is at all empathetic, they won't hold that against you.
honestly i have been striving for this opportunity with your hospital its very close to my home. don’t need to mention anything else! they usually cant find out but your response here is all they need to know.

I would keep it to yourself less than learned if they don’t need to know that you work another job
use your vacation days regularly! make them miss you. Honestly forget you work there for awhile! you need that time and theres no reason to be guilted over it especially by your self internal thoughts!
I wouldn’t say anything. My thought process is that if that week old job is not “worthy” of a place on your resume, it’s not worth the discussion. I had that same experience twice years ago when I knew the jobs were not going to work for me. The jobs I took after those days old experiences? Both times I stayed years, the first one I stayed 2 years and the second one I stayed for 10. And I wouldn’t look at it as “keeping a secret”. Divulging that information won’t do you any good and could hurt your chances for this job. Look at it as a trial run that didn’t work out.
